April 2012 Update
Almost there! We are in the process of performing our final punch work and certificate of occupancy inspections with the county. We expect to have our certificate of occupancies within the next week.

March 2012 Update
Construction is still progressing quickly! All of the exterior painting is complete (with the exception of building 70). The interior painting work is 85% complete in each building. Plumbing fixtures the HVAC systems are in the process of being installed. Kitchen applicanes are next....
The landscaping is nearing completion and looking good.
The property is starting to look like the vision we had for it when we began planning the development in late 2009.

February 2012 Update
February was another exicting month at Forrester. The sidewalks have been completed and the landscaping is being installed. Forrester engaged a landscape architect to design the landscape that will be pleasing to the eye, comfortable for our residents and friendly to the environment. Drought resistant plants and plant species native to the Lee County area were specifically chosen for our landscape design. Our landscape design allows us to reduce our irrigation needs by 75% compared to similar developments. Furthermore, all of our streets are lined with trees every twenty feet.
Construction of all of the building structures is now 100% complete with regards to framing, electrical and plumbing. Brick veneer and siding are now 100% installed. Interior finishes are now underway in all buildings and all of the drywall has been hung.
Another bit exciting news is that the raised garden planters are now under construction. We know that our residents will use the garden quite a bit to grow their own produce!
Laslty, the pre-leasing trailer is now on-site. If you are interested in living with us, or would just like more information, please stop by and visit with our leasing specialist today.

January 2012 Update
The New Year has brought about much change at Forrester. The installation of the brick for all buildings is about 85% complete and the installation of the siding is about 70% complete. We've also started pouring the sidewalks and walking trails, these amenities are about 80% complete. Plumbing and electrical rough ins are 100% complete. The drywall has been delivered and awaiting install.
